Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to the real estate team and stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings; coordinate with project management for moves and construction services.
• Collaborate to gather business intelligence including move sequencing and execution.
• Validate occupancy metrics and update data in the system of record.
