Job summary

CBRE seeks a Regional Occupancy Planning Lead in Menlo Park, CA to manage space planning, datamining, reporting, and metrics interpretation for client needs within the Moves, Additions and Changes function.

Leading the team, you will coordinate daily tasks, build client relationships, and drive process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track deadlines.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships. Conduct meetings on escalated unresolved facility issues. Communicate with clients regarding property profiles and reports.
• Research and implement new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and recommend strategic facility management objectives and review budget reports for multiple facilities.
• Direct facility inspections for quality assurance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence others to adopt different viewpoints within policy.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Understand and recognize the broader departmental impact.
• Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.
