Job summary

CBRE seeks an Occupancy Sr. Planner to provide space planning, data analysis, and reporting for large, high-profile clients. You will translate space needs into conceptual plans and move lists and prepare client-facing presentations for steering committee reviews.

You will collaborate with real estate teams to validate occupancy data, forecast space planning trends, and ensure alignment with CBRE standards and client expectations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED or Facilities Management required.
• Strong knowledge of space planning principles and standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Create block or stack plans, charters, and move lists.
• Produce drawings and presentations for internal and client meetings; coordinate with project management for moves.
• Collaborate to gather business intelligence on move sequencing and execution.
• Validate occupancy data and reflect current location availability in forecasts and reports.
