Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to drive occupancy strategy and space management within our workplace programs. You will partner with Portfolio Strategy and client teams to optimize space, track headcount, and guide migration plans across a three-year horizon.

The role requires strong CAFM/Bluebeam and Excel skills, with a focus on data-driven planning in a dynamic real estate environment. Onsite at multiple US locations, including Austin, this position emphasizes collaboration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 5–8 years in a corporate real estate environment.
• Strategic space/occupancy planning experience.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and Bluebeam; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply and validate top-down headcount projections for a 3-year horizon.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and space-demand analyses.
• Track headcount and space metrics; craft city/site strategies.
• Manage 3-year supply forecasts and migration plans.
• Create stacking diagrams and coordinate migration/phasing.
• Promote space policy adoption and quarterly allocation reviews.
• Review site audit data with facilities and SDI for timing.
