Qualifications

• Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is essential.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems and Bluebeam; strong Excel skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply and validate headcount projections for a rolling three-year planning horizon.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and analyze space demand across orgs.
• Track and report headcount vs. forecast; create migration and stacking plans.
• Recommend space policies and ensure compliance across the portfolio.
