Qualifications
5+ years in occupancy/space planning for corporate clients, interior office planning, renovations, or related corporate real estate functions.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculations) and ability to interpret floor plans.
Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation.
Responsibilities
Support workplace strategies and solutions for various projects.
Interact directly with the client's Real Estate team and Line of Business partners.
Report on utilization, building data, and occupancy metrics.
