Qualifications

• 5+ years in occupancy/space planning for corporate clients, interior office planning, renovations, or related corporate real estate functions.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculations) and ability to interpret floor plans.
• Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace strategies and solutions for various projects.
• Interact directly with the client's Real Estate team and Line of Business partners.
• Report on utilization, building data, and occupancy metrics.
