Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to support occupancy strategy and space management within corporate workplace programs for the AMER region, reporting to the Area Occupancy Planning Lead and collaborating with Portfolio Strategy teams.

The role emphasizes developing three-year headcount and space plans, creating occupancy scenarios, tracking headcount vs. forecast, and ensuring compliance with space policies. Onsite positions are available in Boston and New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–8 years in corporate real estate.
• Strategic space/occupancy planning experience.
• Proficient in CAFM systems and Bluebeam.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and PM tools.
• Familiar with AI tools in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support occupancy strategy and space management within workplace programs.
• Lead 1–5 year real estate planning and migration sequencing.
• Develop occupancy scenarios and analyze headcount by org.
• Create stacking diagrams and city/site occupancy plans.
• Ensure compliance with space policies and reporting.
• Collaborate with facilities, SDI, and client teams.
