Job summary
Twilio Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for its Digital Sales Communications team. This remote-first role supports customers nationwide with technical pre-sales, presentation excellence, and tailored architecture guidance.
You will translate complex requirements into scalable cloud-based solutions and collaborate across sales and engineering to ensure success. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pre-sales or 6+ years in delivery/consulting, strong communication, and cloud platform
Qualifications
- 5+ years pre-sales or 6+ years in delivery/consulting with technical products.
- Excellent communicator and presenter capable of earning audience confidence.
- Engaging storyteller able to explain complex topics to varied audiences.
- Understand customer communications needs and map to technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with telecom, SIP, contact center, or security is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sell complex, technical products to customers.
- Demonstrate solutions and guide customers to the right architecture.
