Synthesia is hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build our pre-sales function in North America, focusing on Mountain, Central, and West regions. You’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.
• Strong consultative discovery and stakeholder management with exec and technical audiences.
• Technical depth in APIs, integrations, security, or compliance; able to learn across domains.
• Fluency with MEDDPICC and the ability to translate requirements into business value and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environment.
• Design and deliver demos that quantify value and tell a credible story of Synthesia’s advantages.
• Understand objections and develop solution paths with customers.
• Support stakeholder workshops connecting Synthesia to the buyer’s technology strategy on multi-stakeholder deals.
• Partner with Account Executives to define strategy, advise on competitive positioning, and forecast opportunities.
