Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build our North America pre-sales function. You’ll shape the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, partnering with AEs, CS, and Product Marketing to deliver discoveries, demos, POCs, and technical solutions for deals.

You will advise on value, scope integrations, and security/compliance topics, while helping evolve Synthesia across multiple products with customer-centered storytelling.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC and the Command of the Message.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and ROI.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Co-plan and execute discovery to understand customer requirements and environment.
• Design demos that quantify value and tell a credible story of Synthesia’s advantage.
• Support multi-stakeholder deals and forecast your book of business.
• Develop reusable demo assets and guide POCs with a business narrative.
