You will lead pre-sales activities, design technical solutions, and present to diverse audiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or related roles.
US citizenship due to client base.
Experience in web acceleration, web security, infrastructure security or cloud computing solutions.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML and SSL protocols.

Responsibilities

Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Akamai's technology to customers.
Manage technical proposals ensuring all information and recommendations address customer requirements are accurate.
Track account activity for business analysis and design technical solutions.
Lead sales activities such as Technical Demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
