Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in a customer-facing consulting or pre-sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Experience in web acceleration, web security, infrastructure security technologies, or cloud computing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Akamai's technology to customers.
• Manage the technical proposal process and ensure accuracy of technical information addressing customer requirements.
• Track account activity for business analysis and design technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Lead sales activities such as technical demos and proofs of concept (POCs).
