Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to join our world-class Customer Experience team. This hands-on role helps customers solve complex problems and accelerate Grafana adoption.

As a trusted technical partner, you’ll guide onboarding, implementation, and expansion with white-glove support, best practices, and proven strategies across our customer base. This remote, global role requires staying current on observability tech, collaborating with Sales,

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying complex observability projects.
• Experience with Grafana products and OSS tooling.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with executives and IT staff to define requirements.
• Design scalable solutions including data visualization and workflows.
• Lead workshops and document requirements.
• Drive timely delivery and ensure standards.
