Atlassian is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer for our Mid-Market business. You will be the solution expert throughout the sales cycle, solving enterprise customer problems with our products and helping close deals.

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually as part of our distributed-first approach. You’ll collaborate with direct sales, partners, and larger account teams to craft compelling value-based demonstrations and map customer needs to Atlassian’s platform family, enabling scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with mid-market customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
• Comfortable operating in both business and technical contexts with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to build executive relationships and rally internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Join Atlassian’s Solutions Engineering Core Team to partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on Mid-Market Accounts and map customer needs to Atlassian products.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand current state and business problems, aligning to Atlassian platforms and solutions.
• Lead compelling, value-based demonstrations across stakeholders and show how multiple products work together to unlock teamwork benefits.
• Document customer feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and strategy.
• Continuously learn and update pre-sales knowledge and sales processes.
