Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with mid-market customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Creative problem solver who translates complex business problems into Atlassian solutions.
• Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, engaging executives and technical buyers.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in building executive relationships across teams.
• Ability to collaborate with prospects, partners, and the sales team to deliver value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Join Atlassian’s Solutions Engineering Core Team to partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams to map customer needs to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Lead value-based demonstrations, ranging from standard to customized, across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Understand and articulate the customer’s technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian’s portfolio.
• Proactively build strong partnerships with account executives, discuss pipeline, and align on opportunities.
• Document customer feedback and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
• Continuously learn and refine pre-sales and product knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
