Job summary
Alloy is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its pre-sales team. You will partner with account executives to close deals, deliver custom demos, and scope solutions for handover to implementation.
The role focuses on complex enterprise pre-sales motions in the identity, fraud, and fintech space. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and professional services, work with APIs and security considerations, and communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a technical presales role (Sales Engineer/Solutions Engineer) supporting enterprise pre-sales motions.
- Experience with identity and fraud in Fintech/Banking space is preferred.
- Strong ability to present complex technical requirements to both tech and business audiences.
- Experience building and running POCs, demos, and security reviews is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to close deals in pre-sales.
- Design and deliver custom demos and UAT environments.
- Scope proposed solutions and hand off to the implementation team.
- Bridge between sales, product, engineering, and professional services.
