Job summary

Alloy seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team. You will partner with account executives to close deals and work with technical stakeholders to clear blockers, delivering tailored demos and technical assessments.

You will design proofs of concept, run UAT environments, review architecture and security, and scope the solution for the implementation team. This role is hybrid with NYC HQ involvement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical presales role (Sales Engineer/Solutions engineer or similar).
• Experience with identity and fraud in fintech/banking space.
• Superior presentation skills for tech and business audiences.
• Ability to listen first and ask targeted follow-up questions.
• Bridge between sales, product, engineering and professional services.
• Comfort working in ambiguity while maintaining integrity.
• Experience working with API-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to close deals.

• Create and walk through custom demos and UAT environments.
