The Senior Solutions Engineer will serve as the strategic technical bridge to enterprise clients, shaping deployment, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization across the customer lifecycle.

Travel up to 20% will be required for strategic meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or deployment engineering.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing role.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.

Responsabilités

• Serve as principal technical advisor to enterprise clients and build high-level trust.
• Partner with global software engineers to analyze hiring processes and requirements.
• Architect and implement initial Karat interview framework for each enterprise client.
• Conduct strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with objectives and performance.
• Design and deliver executive-level training for client stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing improvement of internal processes to deliver more value.
