Karat is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as the strategic technical bridge between Karat and enterprise clients. You will analyze performance, craft tailored proposals, and strengthen client relationships to ensure goals are met through our fair and enjoyable interview process.

This remote role requires up to 20% travel for strategic meetings and industry events. You will work with the GTM and Content teams to optimize implementations and report outcomes to C-suite stakeholders.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or solutions/deployment engineering; or SaaS/technical/financial services consulting with a focus on technical implementation; or Software Engineering.
• Proven ability to onboard clients strategically, build trust, and guide complex implementations.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers is required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing yourself as the authoritative voice on Karat's solutions.
• Partner with Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and align Karat product delivery as the lead technical expert.
• Collaborate with the GTM team across the customer lifecycle, present solutions to prospects, and architect initial interview frameworks for new clients.
• Conduct strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance.
• Design and deliver executive training for client stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data with Content and Data teams and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Drive improvement of internal processes in Customer Operations and GTM to deliver more value.
