Job summary

Karat, the world’s largest interviewing company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer. You will be the strategic technical bridge to enterprise clients, analyzing performance, shaping tailored proposals, and driving adoption of Karat’s platform throughout the partnership.

You’ll work with interview content and data teams to translate metrics into recommendations, lead executive training, and travel up to 20% for strategic face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or solutions/deployment engineering.
• Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Client-facing experience with technical customers required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing yourself as the authoritative voice on Karat's solutions.
• Partner with Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements; lead technical delivery.
• Architect and implement the initial Karat interview framework for each new enterprise client.
• Conduct strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal performance.
• Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for client partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes within Customer Operations and GTM teams.
