Karat is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge between our clients and the Karat platform. You will advise, consult, and collaborate with enterprise teams to optimize interview performance and outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

You will work with the GTM and Content/Data teams to tailor solutions, share insights, and deliver strategic reviews that drive measurable hiring results. Position offers remote work from multiple US states.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional work experience in strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or solutions/deployment engineering.
• Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing yourself as the authoritative voice on Karat's solutions.
• Partner with Software Engineers globally to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements; ensure solution alignment.
• Architect and implement the initial Karat interview framework for each new enterprise client.
• Conduct regular strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and performance.
• Design and deliver executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Analyze complex performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
