Job summary

Karat, the world’s largest interviewing company, seeks a Senior Delivery Partner in the United States. You own strategic client relationships and delivery strategy, guiding onboarding through ramp and expansion with credibility and clarity.

You will collaborate with client executives and internal professionals to define roadmaps, manage end-to-end delivery, and surface opportunities to grow partnerships across Fortune 500 accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting role.
• Track record owning complex, high-stakes client relationships with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise accounts.
• Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence rather than formal authority.
• Comfort operating with executive stakeholders; you hold your own and earn trust with a VP or C-suite.
• Strong commercial instincts; you spot and shape expansion opportunities with a counterpart.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; you synthesize input into a clear narrative.
• Willingness to be on-site with clients regularly, up to ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and delivery strategy for strategic accounts, from onboarding through ramp and expansion.
• Define the engagement strategy and roadmap; manage end-to-end execution from SOW to go-live.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineer and Project Manager; surface expansion opportunities to enable pricing and commercial motion.
• Translate learnings into feedback and playbooks to raise delivery standards across largest clients.
