Job summary

The candidate will collaborate with software engineers worldwide to optimize hiring processes, align solutions, and work closely with the GTM team to support customers through their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategic technical account management or solutions engineering.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding with strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience engaging with C-Suite executives and technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, building high-level trust relationships.
• Partner with Software Engineers globally to analyze hiring processes and ensure solution alignment.
• Work strategically with the GTM team throughout the customer lifecycle.
