Job summary
TrendAI, the AI security unit of Trend Micro, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer located in the Eastern US. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
You will lead impactful demos, craft technical storytelling, and build relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the cybersecurity platform.
- Lead demos and technical storytelling for both technical and executive audiences.
- Build trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and customer experience.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) demonstrating measurable technical and business value.
