Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar roles.
• Experience presenting to executives and guiding enterprise technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and security requirements to map platform capabilities to outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution and great customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities, beta features, and cybersecurity best practices.
