Job summary

TrendAI is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who will be the technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform while collaborating with leaders across Solutions Engineering, Product, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver measurable value.

You will lead demos, craft security solutions aligned with customer goals, and build trusted relationships with partners to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related fields.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related pre-sales roles.
• Experience presenting to executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with on-premises, hybrid and cloud-native environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with modern XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, or related security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding them through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and field engagements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success for aligned execution.
• Provide product feedback and insights based on customer needs and market trends.
• Lead Proofs of Concepts (POCs) demonstrating measurable value.
