Job summary

TrendAI, the security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer passionate about cybersecurity and AI-driven platforms. You’ll engage customers, tailor demos, and guide adoption from evaluation to expansion, working with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates have strong cloud, security, and storytelling skills, plus experience presenting to executives and guiding complex technical conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related fields.
• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales experience.
• Experience with enterprise customers and executives in a SaaS or cyber setting.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the platform.
• Develop understanding of customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to ensure aligned execution.
• Lead and support POCs demonstrating measurable value and ensure stakeholder alignment.
