Job summary

TrendAI, the security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to guide customers through evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform. You will lead impactful demos and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable value.

You will engage with executives, craft compelling technical storytelling, and travel in the U.S. to customer engagements and events while staying current on cloud and AI security trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, or related technical fields.
• 5+ years in Solutions Eng., Sales Eng., or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Proven experience with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Broad technical acumen across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers guiding evaluation, adoption and expansion of the cybersecurity platform.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to accelerate revenue and broad market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and field engagements.
• Develop enablement content demos, diagrams, and training assets for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success for aligned execution.
