Job summary

TrendMicro's TrendAI unit seeks an experienced Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise customers in evaluating and adopting our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will translate complex security challenges into measurable outcomes, lead impactful demos, and coordinate with product and partners for successful deployments.

You will travel within the United States, build executive-level relationships, and contribute to thought leadership at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Proven experience communicating with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in SOC operations, threat hunting, or incident response.
• Experience with AI/ML in cybersecurity workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects, guiding evaluation, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity platform.
• Understand customer goals and security requirements to align platform capabilities with outcomes.
• Lead demos, presentations, and technical storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Build trusted relationships with partners to accelerate revenue and broaden market reach.
• Represent the company at industry events and webinars.
• Create enablement content, demos, diagrams, and training assets for internal teams and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success for aligned execution.
