Job summary

Prophetic Software is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge product and enterprise customers. You’ll lead technical discovery, deliver customized demos, and translate requirements into platform configurations and integrations.

You’ll support onboarding, collaborate on escalations, and act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering. The role spans sales, product, and engineering, with travel to customer sites and heavy emphasis on AI tooling to accelerate demos and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
• Fluent with APIs, databases, data pipelines, and system architecture.
• Experience leading technical discovery and enterprise product demonstrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales with multi-stakeholder buying.
• Comfort with writing SQL queries and understanding data quality issues.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple customer engagements.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects during the sales cycle.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's markets, workflows, and use cases.
• Answer complex technical questions about architecture, data coverage, APIs, and integration options.
• Build proof-of-concept configurations and demos showing platform value for customer scenarios.
• Support onboarding by translating requirements into platform configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with Account Management on escalations and feature requests.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements for engineering.
• Create technical documentation and integration guides for enterprise customers.
• Travel to customer sites for discovery, onboarding, and strategic reviews.
