Job summary
Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our world-class Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering organization. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor to our most strategic prospects and customers, helping them transform customer service through AI, automation, integrations, and modern workflows.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives through complex enterprise sales cycles, owning the technical strategy from discovery through solution design, demonstration, proof of concept,
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Experience partnering with sales teams on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Ability to translate technology into clear customer and business value, especially with AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to own the technical strategy for complex enterprise deals.
- Lead technical discovery to understand objectives, architecture, workflows, integrations, security requirements.
- Translate requirements into tailored solutions using Front's AI, APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Design and deliver product demonstrations linking Front's capabilities to customer use cases and measurable outcomes.
- Lead hands-on AI proofs of concept and technical evaluations with clear success criteria.
