Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to strategic prospects, shaping technical strategy from discovery to validation and proofs of concept.

You will partner with Account Executives during complex enterprise cycles, designing demonstrations and AI-enabled solutions that connect Front to customers’ ecosystems. The role blends technical depth with business value and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer‑facing technical role in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience partnering with sales to win complex enterprise opportunities.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into AI/automation-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities and own the technical strategy.
• Lead technical discovery: objectives, architecture, workflows, integrations, security, constraints.
• Translate requirements into solutions using Front’s AI, APIs, integrations, and automation.
