Job summary

Prophetic Software seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge product and enterprise customers. You will lead technical discovery, tailor demonstrations, and build proof-of-concept configurations to showcase value from day one. Post-sale, you’ll support onboarding, escalations, and translate field insights into product priorities.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, travel to customer sites as needed, and leverage AI tooling daily to prepare demos and document solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical fluency — discuss APIs, databases, data pipelines, and system architecture.
• Experience leading technical discovery and enterprise product demonstrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-suite audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects during the sales cycle.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's markets and use cases.
• Answer complex technical questions about platform architecture, data coverage, and API capabilities.
• Build proof-of-concept configurations and demos for customer scenarios.
• Support enterprise onboarding and translate requirements into configurations and integrations.
