Decagon is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to shape the future of AI-powered enterprise solutions. This foundational technical hire sits at the crossroads of pre‑sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture.

You will serve as a technical advisor to enterprise prospects, driving value‑based solutioning and integrating Decagon’s AI‑native platform into complex customer ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in a sales engineering role.
• Able to partner with Account Executives to qualify solutions with ROI value.
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for end users.
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform for client needs.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to C-level and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects and customers.
• Drive value-based solutioning and integration of Decagon’s platform.
• Collaborate with account executives to advance deals from discovery to close.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations that showcase ROI and capabilities.
