Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor during complex enterprise deals. You will own technical strategies, explore architectures, and design demonstrations that translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows.

You will partner with Sales, craft proofs of concept, and validate integrations across APIs, webhooks, and authentication. This role requires clear communication with executives and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years in enterprise SaaS solutions engineering or similar.
Proven success partnering with sales to win complex enterprise opportunities.
Strong experience designing AI-powered solutions and proofs of concept.
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, modern SaaS architectures.
Experience with REST APIs and prototyping integrations; JavaScript/Python is a plus.
Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities, owning the technical strategy.
Lead technical discovery of objectives, architecture, workflows, integrations, and security requirements.
Translate complex requirements into solutions using Front’s AI, APIs, integrations, and automation.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations connected to customer use cases and ROI.
Position Front’s AI capabilities to technical and executive audiences, outlining value and tradeoffs.
Lead hands-on AI proofs of concept and technical evaluations with clear success criteria.
