Job summary

Prophetic Software is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge product and large enterprise customers. You’ll lead technical discovery, configure the platform for customer use cases, and ensure customers realize value from day one.

You’ll work across sales, product, and engineering, delivering proofs-of-concept, on-site onboarding, and strategic technical support to key accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering or sales engineering in a B2B SaaS company.
• Fluent with APIs, databases, data pipelines, and system architecture.
• Experience leading technical discovery for enterprise prospects.
• Excellent presentation skills for C-suite audiences.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Able to write SQL queries and understand data quality issues.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design for enterprise prospects.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to prospect markets and workflows.
• Answer complex questions about platform architecture, data coverage, APIs, and integration options.
• Build proof-of-concept configurations and demos that show platform value.
• Support onboarding with API integrations and workflow setups.
• Collaborate with Account Management on escalations and feature requests.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements for engineering.
• Create technical documentation and integration guides for enterprise customers.
• Travel to customer sites for in-person sessions.
• Use AI tooling daily for research and demos.
