Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Applied AI Solutions Engineer who can bridge advanced ML engineering with customer success and product development. You will help enterprise clients move ML workloads from proof of concept into production, spending roughly half your time with customers and the rest building prototypes and exploring cutting-edge AI techniques across the product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML systems experience with fine-tuning and distributed training.
• Ability to translate research findings into working implementations.
• Experience with enterprise ML teams and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build polished prototypes and demonstrations across serverless inference, MLflow, MLOps, and applied AI use cases.
• Support enterprise customers through Proof-of-Concept to production transitions.
• Act as a technical bridge between customer ML teams and the platform.
• Research emerging applied AI techniques and turn findings into prototypes.
• Provide technical write-ups and product feedback to shape roadmap.
• Develop reusable assets to reduce onboarding friction.
