Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering organization. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through AI, automation, integrations, and advanced workflows to transform customer service.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives across complex enterprise sales, from discovery to proof of concept and technical validation. You’ll develop deep expertise in Front’s platform, APIs, and extensibility to craft creative solutions

Qualifications

7+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role in enterprise SaaS.
Proven success partnering with sales teams to win complex enterprise opportunities.
Experience designing solutions using AI, automation, and complex business workflows.
Hands-on experience prototyping or integrating AI-powered products.
Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to own the technical strategy for complex enterprise deals.
Lead technical discovery covering objectives, architecture, workflows, and security requirements.
Translate requirements into solutions using Front’s AI, APIs, integrations, and automation.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations linked to customer use cases and ROI.
Architect hands-on AI proofs of concept and manage pilots and evaluations.
Mentor team members and maintain credibility with Engineering, IT, and C-level stakeholders.
