Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise engagements, acting as a trusted advisor and applying strong solution and/or technical knowledge to deliver customer ROI.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design scalable Salesforce solutions and guide deployment of new technologies that drive business value.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate rationale to diverse collaborators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes via technology and integration.
• Travel is 25% of this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying new technologies that drive increased business value.
• Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and directly with clients to design technology solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor and deliver program elements across lifecycle and advise on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform.
• Identify and proactively handle risk areas and negotiate solutions with the customer and partners.
