Zusammenfassung

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to propel go-to-market efforts through prospect engagements, demos, and POC ownership. You will guide evaluations, advise on securing AI adoption, and collaborate with partners to drive a channel-driven sales model.

You will work with Product Management and Engineering to relay field feedback and help shape future features while supporting large enterprise accounts with complex data protection needs.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years experience in Sales Engineering or similar in pre-sales and deployment of complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a platform, tying them together to solve cross-functional business problems.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and how to secure it.
• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, Linux).

Aufgaben

• Support Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations that differentiate from competitors, including how the platform secures data and AI use across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative, showing how they work together to solve complex business problems.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into clear technical and business outcomes.
• Maintain key partner technical relationships and enable channel partners to excel in a channel-driven sales model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new feature releases and provide feedback based on field experience.
