Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts by leading prospect engagements, including demos and proofs of concept. You will join a collaborative team focused on data protection and AI security, advising customers on secure AI adoption and enterprise outcomes.

You will support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales, demonstrate how the platform secures data and AI use across the enterprise, and guide POC ownership to a successful conclusion while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS pre-sales environment.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions.
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products in a platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and secure implementation practices.
• 4+ years experience with cross-platform endpoint agents (Windows/Mac/Linux).
• Willingness to travel to cover events and conferences.
• Strong sales presence and superior communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and in a team.
• Must be located to support customers in Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales with pre-sales opportunities from qualification through hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demos showing platform differentiation.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new feature releases and feedback.
