Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. You will drive go-to-market initiatives by leading prospect engagements, including demos and proofs of concept, working with a collaborative team to address data protection challenges.

You will demonstrate the platform's ability to secure data and AI use across the enterprise, guide evaluations, and advise customers on AI adoption while partnering with sales and product teams to shape customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in complex pre-sales and deployment of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions.
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and how to secure it.
• Willingness to travel to events and conferences.

Responsabilités

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification through hand-off.
• Create and deliver messaging and demos differentiating from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform to solve complex business problems.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature releases.
