Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market initiatives, lead prospect engagements, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. You will guide evaluations, coordinate POCs, and advise on securing AI adoption across large enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar pre-sales role.
• Experience with data protection and AI security solutions.
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification through production hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations differentiating from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative showing how they work together.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to success.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks to technical/business outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature feedback.
