Job summary

Cyberhaven in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts, lead product demos and proofs of concept, and advise customers on data protection and AI security.

You will demonstrate the platform across multiple products, own POCs, and collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate technical outcomes into business value. Travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in complex pre-sales of enterprise SaaS solutions.
• 4+ years in data protection and AI security solutions (DLP/IRM/DSPM/CASB).
• Ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform.
• Experience with Agentic AI architecture and security.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales activities from qualification to hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver messaging and demos differentiating from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple platform products in a single narrative and show integration.
• Own and guide technical evaluations via POC to successful conclusions.
• Advise customers on AI adoption security outcomes and associated risks.
