Job summary

Cyberhaven seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer in the U.S. Midwest to empower pre-sales engagements, demos, and POCs across Enterprise customers with 2,500+ employees.

You will articulate secure AI and data protection strategies, pair multiple products, and guide evaluations toward successful deployments. You will travel to events and conferences, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and translate technical risks into business outcomes while staying aligned with our channel partners

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer (or similar), i.e. complex pre-sales and/or deployment of complex enterprise solutions, especially in a SaaS sales environment.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a single platform, tying them together to solve complex, cross-functional business problems.
• Current knowledge of Agentic AI architecture (e.g., agents, tool use, MCP, autonomous workflows) and how to secure it
• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux)
• Ability to travel to cover events and conferences
• Strong sales presence and superior communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Ability to problem-solve, both independently and as part of a team
• Must be located in the following states to support our customers. (Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Luisiana, Arkansas)

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Sales teams with opportunities in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off. Generally, these accounts have more than 2,500 employees.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations of products and solutions that differentiate from competitors or legacy solutions, including how the platform secures data and AI use across the enterprise.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative, showing how they work together to solve complex business problems.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption, including emerging agentic AI use cases, and translate their risks into clear technical and business outcomes.
• Maintain key partner technical relationships and effectively enable and demonstrate channel partners to excel in a channel-driven sales model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams on new feature releases and provide feedback on current feature capabilities based on field experience/input.
