Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to accelerate go-to-market by leading demos, POCs, and prospect engagements across large enterprise accounts.

You will work with sales, product, and engineering to demonstrate how Cyberhaven secures data and AI usage, translating risk into business outcomes and guiding evaluations from qualification to deployment. The role requires travel and residence in IL or surrounding states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar in SaaS.
• Experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, CASB, AI security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a platform.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification to hand-off on large accounts.
• Create and deliver product messaging and demos that differentiate from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple products in a platform to solve complex business problems.
• Lead POC ownership and guide evaluations to successful conclusions.
• Advise customers on AI adoption security and translate risks to outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on new feature feedback.
