Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Washington DC to drive the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will operate as a quota-bearing technologist, using AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and focus on high-value architectural design and measurable outcomes across the customer journey.

You will partner with Account Executives to own onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategies, while leading demos, PoCs, and executive reviews

Qualifications

• Lead technical discovery and bespoke architectures with PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, and expansion strategy with EEs.
• Translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer initiatives and map to Cloudflare solutions.
• Build relationships and cultivate technical champions within accounts.
• Develop and present customer presentations at enterprise level.
• Lead demo and PoC activities for customers.
• Create technical content for knowledge sharing.
• Represent Cloudflare at events with thought leadership.
• Advise on best practices with domain expertise.
