Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills bridging deep technical details to C-suite strategy.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver compelling product demonstrations and PoCs.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: Lead onboarding and implementation, owning discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: Carry a quota tied to new business and account growth, drive platform adoption, and lead QBRs to translate value into ROI.
• Trusted Advisory: Maintain ongoing relationships with key stakeholders from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: Use AI agents to automate routine tasks, freeing time for strategic advisory.
