Job summary
Cloudflare is hiring a Customer Engineer in the United States to drive technical go-to-market engagement with enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, owning the technical relationship from discovery through long-term adoption and expansion, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
The role combines architectural design, demonstrations, onboarding and ongoing health monitoring, using AI-augmented workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and accelerate value
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Broad technical expertise spanning web security, networking, cloud infrastructure.
- Commercial mindset with quota/account-growth experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management for C-suite.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architect solutions, and demo PoCs across Cloudflare products.
- Own onboarding, health, risk and expansion activities as primary customer contact.
- Maintain quota-driven ownership for new business and account growth; conduct QBRs with executives.
- Act as trusted advisor through onboarding, renewal and expansion lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-augmented workflows to automate routine tasks and accelerate outcomes.
