Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to own the technical relationship from discovery through adoption and expansion. You will partner with Account Executives to deliver bespoke architectures, run demonstrations, and guide customers to value realization across Security, Networking and Developer Platforms.

The role emphasizes AI-augmented workflows, quota-bearing responsibilities, and broad collaboration with C-level executives to translate technology into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions or Sales Engineering.
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, cloud infrastructure and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments with SaaS metrics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills bridging tech and business.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design bespoke architectures.
• Demonstrate products and PoCs across Cloudflare portfolio for customers.
• Onboard and onboard technical health, risk, and expansion with customers.
• Drive quarterly business reviews translating capabilities into ROI for executives.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout customer lifecycle and renewal.
